The Chingis Khaan has 196 rooms in 10 stories. This hotel is comparatively modern and one of the newer hotels in Ulaan Baatar. Completed in 1995, it is conveniently located and includes a restaurant and cocktail lounge, business center, laundry service, fitness facilities, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and billiard room. The room amenities include AC, satellite TV, and mini-bar.

Gorkhi-Terelj National Park and Gobi Desert, Mongolian Ger Camps:

These spacious circular tents have comfortable beds, a fireplace/stove and simple, practical furniture.

The ger camps are comfortable and clean, but often have only share shower and toilet facilities. There is a separate and traditionally decorated dining ger, where traditional tasty local foods are served family style.
